Prior Service to TACP

Is there a hold on Prior Service slots for TACP?
I spoke to the local recruiter here and was told that there are no longer any slots for prior service into TACP. Is this a true statement?

It was specifically a Special Warfare recruiter.
I want to make sure because if this is true it tells me I have no opportunity to pursue the TACP career field.

Hold is the improper perspective. Slots are either available or not available. The Special Warfare recruiter is in the best position to have the most current info. There is nothing gained to motivate giving out incorrect or inaccurate info on availability of job slots.
