Last week we did a four hour exercise: \u00a0infil to vehicle, extrication problem, stablize 2 patients on the X. Prep for movement to hardened structure. Move. Perform MARCH PAWS\/ MTPs, transition to PFC mindset, telecons, prep for exfil, ground vehicle transport to MTF.<\/p>\n
